What types of payments do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. We do not accept personal check or money orders because they slow down order processing and shipping.
How much is shipping?
Here’s the good news. Every order over $50 is shipped FREE to any location in the adjoining 48 continental states. It doesn’t matter what you order or where you live in those states. Shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations will be calculated at checkout. For rush orders, we offer optional, low-cost Next Day delivery on orders placed Monday through Thursday by 2 pm Eastern time for an additional cost. We always strive to save you money by combining shipping on multiple items.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We have partnered with FedEx for shipping to both U.S. and international destinations. Our determination about shipping carriers is based on cost effectiveness and reliability.
When will you ship?
We know you need your merchandise fast, so we feel a strong sense of urgency to get your order on its way ASAP. Shortly after you place your order, our team will start packing it for shipment and make every effort to get it on its way that same business day when ordered by 2 pm Eastern time Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm will ship the next business day. A tracking number will be sent to you via email 24 hours after shipment to help you plan for delivery.
What is your return policy?
