RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT: ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AUTHORIZATION FROM DB ELECTRICAL.

Please call for an authorization number (RMA) before returning any part(s) for exchange or refund. Return requests 30 days past order arrival will receive a 20% restocking fee (plus the original shipping). This fee covers order administration, original packaging cost, inspection, testing, disassembly, restocking and handling and is non-negotiable.
